Production Line Overview
This is a proven and reliable 680mm hot strip rolling line commissioned in 2008. The complete line, from the furnace discharge table to the non-mandrel downcoiler, forms a continuous production process, ideally suited for small to medium-scale, multi-variety hot strip rolling requirements.

Core Configuration & Performance

• Efficient Rolling Capacity: Designed for an annual output of 30,000 to 60,000 tons. It rolls carbon steel up to 600mm wide and stainless steel up to 510mm wide, achieving minimum finished thicknesses of 2.0mm and 2.3mm respectively.

• Powerful Mill Stands: The heart of the line is a robust 3-Hi roughing mill with 680mm roll diameter, driven by a powerful 3200kW main motor for heavy initial reduction. The finishing section consists of a 9-stand tandem mill with a combined motor power of 8800kW, ensuring precision and speed.

• Complete Auxiliary Equipment: The line includes a full set of peripheral equipment such as a descaler, transfer tables, a vertical edger, and a downcoiler, with a total length exceeding 125 meters, guaranteeing a smooth and automated workflow.

• Proven Reliability: As a mature line with years of operational history, it offers stable performance and predictable maintenance costs, representing a cost-effective solution for capacity expansion or production line upgrades.
