Production Line Overview
This is a complete 4-strand billet continuous caster in good condition, currently “in position” and ready for dismantling. It represents a mature turnkey solution for continuous casting from ladle turret to discharge roller table, ideal for small to medium-sized steel plants to enhance production continuity and efficiency in billet manufacturing.

Core Equipment & Systems

  • Complete Casting Process: Includes a 180-ton ladle turret, tundish car, molds (4 sets), R8m straight-arc segments, an 8-roll withdrawal straightening machine, flame cutting cars, and a discharge roller table, forming a fully-integrated casting line.

  • Advanced Process Control: Features a mold oscillation table with non-sinusoidal curve oscillation and a withdrawal machine with a casting speed range of 0-5 m/min, ensuring billet quality and operational flexibility.

  • Comprehensive Auxiliary Systems: Equipped with a dedicated hydraulic station (16MPa), an oil-air lubrication station, a secondary cooling water system, and automatic filters, guaranteeing long-term, stable operation.

  • Extensive Spare Parts Package: Comes with a substantial inventory of offline spares, including backup molds (13 sets), oscillation table reducers/motors, segment rolls (196 pcs), and various copper plates, significantly reducing future maintenance costs and downtime risks.
