This is an 850mm hot rolling mill manufactured by China First Heavy Machinery (CFHI) in 2006, with a designed annual capacity of 1.4 million tons. The line features one 2-Hi roughing mill and seven 4-Hi finishing stands (all equipped with HAGC), capable of rolling stainless steel and carbon steel, with product thickness ranging from 1.2 to 12 mm. It is a mature and reliable medium-wide strip production facility.

3. Core Line Configuration

  • Mill Layout: "1 Roughing + 7 Finishing"stands configuration.

  • Roughing Area:

    • E1, E2 Vertical Edgers: Both equipped with hydraulic AWC and SSC.

    • R1 Roughing Mill: 2-Hi, with mechanical screwdown, 5500 kW DC main motor.

  • Finishing Area:

    • F1-F7 Finishing Mills: 7 stands, all 4-Hi and equipped with HAGC. Work roll barrel length for all stands is 850mm.

    • Main Motors: Each finishing stand is driven by a 2400 kW DC motor.
