With a design capacity of 65 t/h and a maximum rolling force of 4000 tons, it is equipped with hydraulic AGC and APC systems, capable of processing strips from 5 to 30 mm in thickness, making it a well-balanced medium-wide hot strip line.

2. Core Components & Process
The complete line consists of the following main equipment in sequence, forming a continuous hot rolling process:

Furnace: 3 units, with an effective size of 27814×5200mm, ensuring uniform slab heating.
High-Pressure Descaling System: System pressure 18-21 MPa, pump pressure 23 MPa, for removing scale from the slab surface.
Roughing Mill: 2-Hi Mill, Rolling Force 3000 tons, Motor 2×3700 kW, equipped with Electric APC (Automatic Position Control) for initial rolling.
Finishing Mill: 4-Hi Mill, Rolling Force 4000 tons, Motor 2×2574 kW, equipped with Electric APC and Hydraulic AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) for final dimensional accuracy.
Laminar Cooling System: Flow Rate 3000 m³/h, Cooling Rate 5-30 °C/s, for controlling the final strip temperature and microstructure.
Finishing Equipment: Includes two Levelers (Capacity 2000 tons & 2200 tons), one Rotary Shear (for 5-25.4 mm thickness), and one Flying Shear (for 5-30 mm thickness, Shearing Force 4800 kN).
Heat Treatment Line: Effective Length 30500mm, Temperature Range 200-980°C, for offline heat treatment of products.
