  • Mild Steel: Width 580mm; Thickness 1.2-8.0 mm.

  • Stainless Steel: Width 500mm; Thickness 2.5-4.0 mm.

  • Coil OD: Ø800-1450mm; Max. Coil Weight 4.65 tons.

3. Core Line Configuration

• Mill Layout: "1 Roughing + 8 Finishing"stands, with a hybrid finishing train.

• Roughing Area:

  • E1 Vertical Edger: Equipped with hydraulic AWC and SSC.

  • R1 Roughing Mill: 2-Hi, 4200 kW DC main motor.

• Finishing Area:

  • Unique Configuration: F1-F3 are 2-Hi finishing mills; F4-F8 are 4-Hi finishing mills. This combines the high reduction capability of 2-Hi mills with the superior shape control of 4-Hi mills.

  • Core Technology: All finishing stands (F1-F8) are equipped with HAGC systems.

  • Work Rolls: Work roll barrel length for all finishing stands is 680mm.
